Yes, all paints are non-toxic, water-based acrylics — safe for adults and teens to use.
They’re designed to last, but like any acrylics, they can dry if left open. We recommend keeping lids tightly sealed and storing them in a cool, dry place between sessions.
Absolutely. The canvases are standard sizes and look great in a frame or mounted on a wooden frame kit (available separately).

Returns & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and that’s completely okay. Whether you’ve had a change of heart or encountered an issue with your order, we’re here to help. Here’s how we handle returns and cancellations.
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed yet. To increase the chances of a successful cancellation, we recommend contacting us on the same day the order was placed.
Once an order enters processing or production, we’re unable to cancel it.

We accept returns for unused kits in their original condition within 30 days from the day you received the package. Check our Returns Policy page for full details.

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives complete and in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, due to customs checks or shipping issues — some items may be missing, damaged, or you may receive the wrong item.
In such cases, we take full responsibility and will promptly send a replacement for the missing or damaged item. To process your claim, all we need is proof of the issue (such as photos of the damaged or incorrect item).
Please contact us within 30 days from the date you received your package. After 30 days, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the replacement.

In the rare event that your order is lost during transit, we take full responsibility and will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your package is confirmed as lost, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
